Kootenay Kabab offers Mediterranean cuisine at its’ finest for lunches and dinners. Enjoy an authentic grilled meat or vegan Kabab made with locally sourced ingredients, or maybe a vegan Falafel Pita Wrap, a Donair Pita Wrap stuffed with lamb, beef and chicken, or Halal Lamb Shank with specialty rice. Ticca Tikka is a unique Indo-Italian restaurant that offers something for every palate. In addition to their authentic tasty Indian dishes they also serve amazing specialty pizzas. Whether it is a Tandoori or Kebab pizza, or a signature dish such as Butter Chicken, Lamb Rogan Josh, Vegetable Korma, or Samosas, there is something for everyone on their menu that includes vegetarian, meat and seafood dishes.
Taco Debacle

Taco Debacle allows you to savor the flair and flavor of Mexico amidst a captivating ambiance. They offer local craft beer on tap, and boast a well-stocked tequila and mezcal bar. Many start with Chips, Salsa, and Guac, then some tasty fish tacos or a hearty burrito. For a fiery kick, they have an array of hot sauces to complement your meal, and for those who are brave enough they have the obscenely hot Reaper 51 Hot sauce made with Guinness world record Carolina Reaper peppers. A perfect way to end your meal is with Churros bathed in rich chocolate and caramel sauce, paired with a signature cocktail.
Café Michael

Café Michael in Waneta has a large and diverse menu with dinner favorites such as prime rib, steak, lamb, seafood, chicken, pasta and pizza. The lunch menu has classic specialty appetizers and classics such as clubhouse sandwiches, beef dip, pan-seared steak sandwich, prawns, pasta and pizza. For something a bit lighter they have crepes, croissants, soups, salads and much more. They may be best known for their Caesar salad dressing that is also sold in local grocery stores. The large, open-concept café can accommodate up to 120 patrons, and they offer celiac, vegetarian and kosher friendly dishes.
Gabriella’s Restaurants

Gabriella’s Restaurants at the Prestige in Rossland offers three dining venues. Caffe Gabriella opens early each morning for breakfast and serves specialty coffees, fresh homemade baking, and morning favorites from light fruit smoothies to full hearty breakfasts. Gabriella’s Dining Room is an Italian inspired fine dining experience for the entire family serving fine cuisine including Antipasti, Insalate, Pasta, Steak, Lamb, Seafood, Chicken, and Pizza. For an adult only venue, the Uptown Lounge offers a wide selection of hand crafted burgers on Ciabatta Buns or lettuce stack and classics such as Pizza, Wraps, Fish and Chips, Chicken Wings, and course craft beer, wine and cocktails.
The Trail Coffee Company

The Trail Coffee Company is a great way to start your day. They roast their own brand of fair-trade organic coffee each morning on-site, and serve up favorites such as waffles, eggs and avocado toast for breakfast. Later in the day choose from a variety of healthy and delicious homemade soups, salads, wraps, and sandwiches for lunch.
The Trail Beer Refinery

The Trail Beer Refinery is a great place to meet friends, partake in some delicious food, and discover your favorite craft beer. Their 75 seat taproom offers a diverse selection of carefully crafted beer, radlers, and vodka sodas expertly brewed and refined by Brewmaster Sheri, and of course proudly made in the Kootenay.
Arlington Bar & Grill

Arlington Bar & Grill in downtown Trail is a popular family oriented bar and gill located in what was once the historic 1896 Arlington Hotel. The Arlington kitchen opens at 8:00am and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. They have close to 100 items of elevated pub-fare on their menu, a large selection of beers on tap, and an extensive cocktail menu. Happy hour specials run from 3pm-5pm and Saturdays are generally Karaoke nights. The Arlington also has live entertainment, bands, and special events and activities throughout the year.
The Rossland Beer Company

The Rossland Beer Company is a craft brewery and favorite gathering place for friends and family to meet. Their brews use fresh malted grains and hops, and their beer has no additives or preservatives. The tap room frequently offers new experimental craft beers, and kegs and growlers can be purchased and refilled. The taproom is small and fills quickly, but in summer they have seating on their outdoor patio.
Kootenay West Distilling

Kootenay West Distilling is a craft distillery in downtown Trail that uses organic Creston wheat and distills premium vodkas and gin. They go to great lengths to source local ingredients for their spirits, drink crystals, extracts, and snacks. Sample their spirits and many others that are made within BC in KWD lounge. Many of their cocktails use their products, and they also serve non-alcoholic cocktails as well as craft beer, wine, and more.
