Gyro Park
Gyro Park is a beautiful community park along the shore of the mighty Columbia River and a just short walk from downtown Trail. The park hosts large community events and is very popular for family outings, weddings, reunions, and other family gatherings. Here you will find scenic paved waterfront walkways, a boat launch, a sandy beach with great swimming, a gazebo that often features live entertainment, a skate park, a summer concession, a spray park and playground for the kids, picnic tables, flower gardens, public washrooms, and much, much more.
Trail City Parks

Trail City Parks has many other parks and green spaces for sports and recreational opportunities. Gyro Park is the prominent park, but others such as Butler Park, Haley Park, Andy Bilensky Park and various other neighborhood parks have walking trails, playgrounds, bocce pits, sports fields, and more.
Rossland Parks

Rossland Parks include the popular Centennial Trail multiuse hiking, biking, walking and advanced bike skills park, the Rossglen mountain bike skills park, the Rossland Skatepark, the Pioneer Park in downtown Rossland, and various other parks and greenspaces for sports and leisure activities.
Beaver Creek Park
Beaver Creek Park is a provincial campground located near the Trail Regional Airport, and 10 kilometers from downtown Trail. The park is on the shores of the Columbia River, and is a favorite fishing hole for locals. The park is open from June to September, and has 19 sites. Some allow larger RVs, but none are serviced. Amenities include hot showers with flush and pit toilets, day use picnic areas, boat launch, and a one-kilometer trail popular with nature enthusiasts.
City of Trail RV Park/Municipal Campground

City of Trail RV Park and Municipal Campground is a pet-friendly 30 site campground conveniently located just minutes from the Waneta Plaza mall. The park opens at the beginning of May and Closes at the end of September. There are 15 RV/Camper sites on one side of the park, and 15 Tent Sites on the other. For RVs there is a Sani-Dump, as well as serviced sites with electrical, water and sewer hookups. Other campground amenities include free WiFi, a playground for children, hot showers, and flush toilets.
Rossland Lions Community Campground

Rossland Lions Community Campground is a pet-friendly 18 site campground 3 minutes drive from Rossland, alongside Centennial Ball Park and Rossland’s Advanced Mountain Bike Dirt Jump park. The park opens May long weekend, and closes in October. Five sites have power, water and sewer, 2 have power and water, 9 have water only, and 2 have no services. Amenities include Sani-Dump, hot showers, flush toilets, tables and fire rings, and undercover picnic area with BBQ & lights upon request.
Champion Lakes Park

Champion Lakes Park is a provincial campground with 95 campsites located 18 km from Fruitvale. It is open from mid-May to mid-September, and is named after the three lakes that surround it. The site has 6 kilometers of trails, and is a great location to swim, canoe, hike, mountain bike, and fish. Various amenities are offered such as Sani-Station, drinking water, playground, picnic areas, and flush and pit toilets. There are also boat launches for non-powered boats.
Beaver Valley Family Park/Campground

Beaver Valley Family Park/Campground near Fruitvale has 20 tent and trailer sites on a first come, first serve basis upon check-in with the park attendant. Many sites have power and water, and there are hiking trails, playground, on-site barbeques, wheelchair accessible showers, covered gazebo, pickleball and multisport courts, and even an 18-hole championship disc golf course.
